Mortgage Brokers:

Search for lending niches in the following categories: Credit, Borrower Types, Doc Types, Loan Types, Occupancy Types, Property Types and Miscellaneous. Search results provide the full contact information of the AEs that match your search requirements. In addition, we provide a link for you to report bad search results.

Wholesale A.E.s:

Enter your lending niches. When a mortgage broker runs a search and your lending niches meet or exceed the broker's search requirements, your name and phone number will be provided to that broker. You can set up state filters to avoid getting calls from brokers that are trying to close a loan outside your company's lending area or your service territory.

Loan Program Finder --new feature--

Mortgage Brokers:

Search for loan programs that have been submitted by wholesale lenders. You can enter data in up to 17 search fields. Your search results will meet or exceed your search requirements (LTV's will be higher and credit score requirements will be lower). You get the full contact information of the AE that can answer questions about the loan program and accept your loan application file.

Wholesale A.E.s:

Enter your hottest loan programs. There is no limit to the number that you can submit. You can Edit or Delete them at any time when you login to your account. If your loan programs meet or exceed a broker's search requirements, your name and phone number will be provided to that broker. You can set up state filters to avoid getting calls from brokers that are trying to close a loan outside your company's lending area or your servicing territory.

Mortgage Brokers:

Search for the most competitive wholesale mortgage rates from a list of over 200 wholesale lenders. Search "A", Alt-A and Sub-Prime rates. The search results can then be sorted by clicking on the column labels of the rate chart. For example, click the "Price" column label to sort rates from the lowest to highest price. This feature will maximize your profits on every loan. The expected launch time for Rate Finder is early December 2005.
