Searching And Sorting Loans |

Searching For Loans Lenders can run detailed searches for loans that fit into their niche lending guidelines. To do that, click the "Search Loans" button at the top of the page. That will open a search page that contains 72 loan data fields. Loans can be searched using one or all of the available fields. After the search criteria has been selected, go to the bottom of the page and click the "Search Loans" button. The loans that meet the search criteria will appear in a new window. On the far right side of the screen is the "View Entire Loan" link. Click that link if you want to see the loan scenario's full details including comments from the Broker. To return to the screen containing the search results, click the "Back" button of your browser. If you click the "View All Loans" button at the top of the page you will lose your previous search results and you will have to start your search query over again. Sorting Loans The column header labels are links. If you click a column header label, all loans will sort by that column in either an ascending (asc) or descending (desc) order. Click the same column header label again and the loans will re-sort in the opposite order. |
