Does a Wholesale Lender have to get approved by MortgageeLink before their A.E.s can register with MortgageeLink? Answer: No. We allow any Wholesale Lender A.E. register with MortgageeLink. How much does it cost for a Wholesale Lender A.E. to register with MortgageeLink? Answer: It's Free. There are no hidden charges. Does My company have to pay MortgageeLink for loan scenarios that close. Answer: No. MortgageeLink does not receive any compensation from Wholesale Lenders. We do accept payment for optional advertising space. Is there a way for A.E.s to make rate sheets available for Mortgage Brokers to view? Answer: Yes. You can Login to your account and go to "My Profile". There you can upload several rate sheets or flyer documents. Brokers can view or download them. How can I change my contact/registration information? Answer: Login and click the "My Profile" button. You can change your information, upload rate sheets or flyers and select the type of loans your company funds. Does MortgageeLink have a search engine for loan programs? Answer: Presently we only offer a Wholesale Lender Directory that is searchable for 13 different loan categories (FNMA, ALT-A, Sub-Prime etc.). A loan program search engine for Mortgage Brokers is in development. Can I get email notifications of new loans? Answer: Yes. We send email notifications of all new loan scenarios to our registered Wholesale Lenders. Email notifications can be based upon Broker state and Property State. How do I stop receiving email notifications? Answer: Send an email to support@MortgageeLink.com or call us. We will discontinue email notifications. We will continue them again if you send us an email. How many times are the loan scenarios viewed on the MortgageeLink web site. Answer: There is no limit to the number of times a loan scenario can be viewed. However, we only allow 5 lenders to reply to the loan scenarios. After 5 replies, the scenario is removed and CAN NOT be viewed again by any other lenders. How old are the loan scenarios on MortgageeLink? Answer: New loan scenarios will be Date/Time stamped. Old scenarios do not have a Date. They can be several weeks or even months old. However, the Brokers remove their loan scenarios if they are not active. If a scenario is on the site, you should consider it active and having received less than 5 replies from Wholesale Lenders. Why is the Date/Time stamp of loan scenarios several hours advanced of the actual time? Answer: Presently our Date/Time stamp uses GMT. GMT is 5 hours in advance of Eastern Time.
