Login Problems

Did You Forget Your User Name Or Password?

If you want us to send your User name or Password, send an email to support@MortgageeLink.com.  Please provide your name and company name.  We will send your User name and Password to the email address from your registration information.

You See "No records Found"

Brokers frequently think they can't login to their account because they see "No records found" after entering their User Name and Password.  If you see "No records found" you are logged in.  The reason why there are no records is because your account is new and you have not submitted any loan scenarios.  To submit a loan scenario, click one of the links along the top of the page.  For example, the "Submit Purchase FTHB" link.  That will open a form for submitting a purchase scenario for a First Time Home Buyer.  After you submit a scenario, you will see a summary of the scenario instead of "No records found"

 

You See "Authentication failed"

If you know you are using the correct Username and Password but you keep seeing "Authentication failed", you will probably need to change your internet browser's Privacy settings.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, follow these instructions:

Click "Tools", then click "Internet Options".  Next click the "Privacy" tab.  Then click "Advanced".  Your settings should look like the ones in the picture below.
