Please read the following before completing this webform:

MortgageeLink is launching a new feature called "Niche Finder".  Mortgage Brokers will be able to search for loan niches and sort the results.  The information you provide in this webform will be entered into the "Niche Finder" database.  When brokers run a search query, your name will be filtered out of the results if your company does not lend in the Broker's selected Property state or if the Broker is not located in a state that is part of your territory.

Make sure you only load ACCURATE information into this webform.  Needless to say, that will prevent a lot of useless phone calls from irritated Brokers.  Use the MOST AGGRESSIVE guidelines from all of your different loan programs to complete this webform.  Unless otherwise stated, you can assume that the questions below are for Owner Occupied, Full DOC borrowers.

Your answers to each of the Fields in this form "stands alone".  That means you can enter data into one Field based upon "Loan Program 1", then you can enter data into the very next Field based upon "Loan Program 2".  Always use the MOST AGGRESSIVE guidelines from all of your different loan programs to complete this webform.

None of the Fields below are "required".  If a Field does not apply to your company, leave it blank.  Periodically save your work by clicking the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page!  That will prevent you from losing your work if your computer or internet connection hangs.  You can return to this page at any time to make changes to your Loan Niches.

Before you do anything, REMOVE state names from the text boxes below if they do not apply to you.  Failure to do so will result in phone calls from Brokers that you cannot service.  If you add a state name, you MUST TYPE THE FULL STATE NAME or the filter will not work.
