At first, I must admit, I was skeptical as to how well the process would work, and subsequently took my time following up on the e-mail alerts. Recently, however, I took some time to really explore the site and a few of the submissions. I must say, I am quite impressed! The interface is extremely user-friendly and a majority of the deals are quite do-able. Also, as a lender, the exposure to new brokers through the site is invaluable.
