Unable To Submit A Loan Scenario |

After you submit a loan scenario you should be able to see it in your list of loans in the page titled, "My Loan Scenarios". If you don't see it, then it was not accepted by our system. This can have two causes. It can happen if you did not click the orange "Submit Scenario" button at the bottom of the page. Another cause is clicking the "Back" button on the browser after clicking the orange "Submit Scenario" button. To ensure that your scenario is accepted by our system, follow these instructions: After you have finished entering data into all of the fields of the submission form, go to the bottom of the form and click the "Submit Scenario" button. Then wait to be redirected back to the page titled "My Loan Scenarios". It may take from 1 to 20 seconds to be redirected back to that page, depending upon the speed of your internet connection. Be patient and do not click any other button or link on the page until you are back at "My Loan Scenarios". If the page hangs, or you get "The page cannot be found" or some other error, click the back button on your browser. You will go back to the form you used to submit the loan scenario and the information you typed will probably still be there. Try to click the "Submit Scenario" button again. |
